Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 - Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between SARL MD MOVIDA and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These terms take precedence over any other terms contained in any other document.
Purchasing any product listed on www.movida-store.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms before confirming any order on www.movida-store.com.
All customers must declare that they have full legal capacity, are at least 18 years old, or hold legal authorization to place an order on our website.
All customers must commit to paying for their purchases using a bank account with sufficient funds.
Customers are prohibited from purchasing for resale purposes as defined in Article L 110-1 of the French Commercial Code.
MD MOVIDA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with the applicable terms being those in effect at the date of the customer's order.
Article 2 - Product Characteristics and Availability
Each product offered on this site is presented and detailed in a product sheet, including photo(s).
We strive to provide the most accurate product photos possible. However, certain colors may vary due to studio lighting, screen quality, color settings, or brightness. Additionally, photos may include styling suggestions, some elements of which may not be available for sale.
Products listed on www.movida-store.com are available in our store and are shipped once the order is confirmed. Products marked as unavailable cannot be purchased.
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock after the order is confirmed, www.movida-store.com will:
- notify the customer by email of the cancellation of unavailable items
- not process the payment for these items.
Our showroom shoes may have been tried on by customers and could show slight signs of wear on the soles. Please contact Customer Service (link) with any questions.
Article 3 - Prices
All prices displayed on www.movida-store.com are in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs and possible customs duties, which are specified during the checkout process and may vary according to weight and destination.
The current VAT rate is 20%. Any changes to the legal rate may affect product prices.
The full price, including VAT, is due upon order.
Orders shipped outside the European Union are exempt from VAT.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in euros displayed at the time of order confirmation is the final price charged.
MD MOVIDA reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time, but the prices displayed on the website at the time of order are the ones applicable to the customer.
Prices include order processing fees and are payable upon ordering. Payment can be made using the methods described in Article 5 below.
An invoice including VAT will be sent by email if required.
Article 4 - Order Validation
To place an order on www.movida-store.com, the customer must:
• Order as a guest or create a customer account: provide an email address, phone number, and delivery address.
• Choose a password for account access, ensuring the confidentiality of personal data.
• Record full delivery information and receive order confirmation and summary.
Entering account credentials allows the customer to:
• Select items during navigation
• Fill a virtual shopping cart, adjustable and modifiable at any time
• Proceed to checkout, choose delivery and payment methods, and confirm the order by clicking “Place Order”
The order is firm upon final payment confirmation.
www.movida-store.com reserves the right to cancel orders in case of disputes over previous payments or abnormal order quantities. Order confirmation emails will be sent immediately after validation.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. All order data and confirmations constitute proof of the transaction.
MD MOVIDA archives orders and confirmations on a reliable medium in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code. Payment transactions via the site are secure; MD MOVIDA never stores banking information.
The customer must retain their order number for any future inquiries.
Article 5 - Accepted Payment Methods
All payments must be in euros (€).
We accept PayPal and credit card payments. All transactions are secure, and banking information is encrypted and never stored by MD MOVIDA.
Payment is confirmed only after verification of card validity, account solvency, and authenticity. If refused, the order is automatically canceled and the customer is notified by email.
American Express is not accepted.
Article 6 - Product Unavailability
If a product is out of stock, MD MOVIDA will inform the customer by email. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded.
Article 7 - MD MOVIDA Responsibility
The online store is accessible 24/7 except in cases of:
• Force majeure
• Internet disruptions (connection, server issues, viruses)
• Power failures, data loss, maintenance operations
• Notices posted on the homepage
MD MOVIDA is not responsible for content on external websites linked from its site.
Article 8 - Warranty
MD MOVIDA is not liable for non-compliance with local laws in the delivery country. Liability is limited to the product’s sale value. Customers benefit from statutory warranty for hidden defects (Articles 1625 et seq., Civil Code).

Article 9 - Personal Data
Collected personal data is required to process orders, invoices, and warranty contracts. Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their data. Requests can be sent to:

Article 10 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the site, including graphics, text, sounds, technology, and product presentation, are protected by copyright. Customers may not reproduce, display, or distribute any part of the site.
Article 11 - Return Conditions and Exceptions
Red Carpet Elisabetta Franchi collection dresses, sequined items, the Red Carpet collection, and all leather products are non-refundable. Outlet and promotional items are also non-refundable.
Prior authorization is required for any return request: movida.t@orange.fr. Include your order number and items to be returned.
