Shipping Your Order
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment is received. Shipments are made via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. UPS Extra with signature delivery is also available upon request; please contact us before selecting this option as it may incur additional fees. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your parcel online.
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and transportation costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend consolidating all items in a single order, as separate orders cannot be combined, and shipping fees apply to each order individually. Parcels are shipped at the customer’s risk, though special care is taken with fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are securely packaged.

1. Delivery Terms
General Conditions
*Deliveries are made by DHL EXPRESS to the address provided by the customer (P.O. boxes or general delivery addresses are not accepted; www.movida-store.com reserves the right to cancel such orders).
*Exceptional deliveries via La Poste apply to certain destinations, such as Russia.
*All parcels require a signature upon delivery.
*The billing address determines the actual purchaser.
*Customers cannot select multiple delivery addresses for a single order. Separate orders must be placed for different addresses, with corresponding shipping fees.
Shipping Fees
*Customers may choose free in-store pickup at our concept store in Nice. Select “Store Pickup” before checkout.
*Shipping fees are based on the delivery country and displayed prior to order confirmation.
*Based on the parcel’s volumetric weight, shipping fees are as follows:
- France: €10, up to €50 for large parcels
- Europe: €10, up to €50 for large parcels
- Rest of the world: €25, up to €50 for large parcels
*The total shipping cost is confirmed before payment.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside France may be subject to import taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Costs may be communicated by customs or DHL before delivery. Buyers should check with local authorities regarding applicable taxes and duties.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are:
- France: 24 hours for orders placed before noon
- Europe: 24-48 hours for orders placed before noon
- Outside Europe: 48-72 hours
Customers are notified by email with their DHL tracking number upon shipment. Delivery times are provided by DHL for guidance only; delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim damages. The maximum delivery timeframe is 30 days.
For in-store pickup, orders can be collected within 2 hours.
Tracking Your Parcel
Parcels can be tracked via DHL www.dhl.fr or COLISSIMO www.laposte.fr using the tracking number provided in your account.
If the Recipient is Absent
*DHL: A delivery notice will be left, and the customer will be contacted by phone/email (if provided) for a free re-delivery. Customers may also contact DHL directly.
*La Poste: A delivery notice will be left with instructions to collect the parcel at the nearest post office.
*If the parcel is returned to MD MOVIDA, the buyer must cover new shipping fees. www.movida-store.com will not refund the order.
Lost Parcels
Customers must report undelivered parcels within 30 days from payment. Claims beyond this period will not be accepted.
Delivery Issues
In cases of force majeure (fire, theft, weather, stock shortages, transport or postal strikes, etc.), www.movida-store.com is released from its delivery obligation. Customers will be informed of any order cancellations.
Transport Risks
Check your parcel upon receipt, ideally in the presence of the carrier. For damaged or missing items during transport, customers must:
- Note any issues by hand on the delivery slip and sign it
- Refuse delivery if necessary, specifying reasons on the delivery slip
- Confirm the issue via registered mail within 4 days of delivery
- Email a copy of the claim to movida-store.com or send by post to MD MOVIDA, 5 rue Longchamp, 06000 Nice, France, including order and delivery references
Claims without written reservations on the delivery note will not be accepted. A postal investigation may be conducted to determine reimbursement eligibility.
2. Returns
General Return Conditions
Consumers ordering from www.movida-store.com have a 14-day period from receipt to return products. Items must be unused, intact, in their original packaging with all labels attached. Promotional items, Outlet, Red Carpet, leather items, and sequined pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Preparing Your Return
Include any information to identify your order (invoice copy, note with contact info or order number). Use original packaging or another secure box. Shoe returns must not use the original shoe box for shipping or attach shipping labels to it; otherwise, a €50 fee may apply.
Return Procedure
Email your return request to movida.t@orange.fr. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
